to join our Off-plan Division!Responsibilities:
Build and manage a portfolio of real estate investors. Present investment opportunities in off-plan projects from leading developers. Guide clients through market insights, ROI calculations, and payment plans. Close deals and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in the Dubai off-plan market. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Highly driven, organized, and target-oriented. Fluency in English; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus. UAE driving license is an advantage.What We Offer:
