ABOUT HOME HUSTLER REAL ESTATE

Home Hustler Real Estate is a fast-growing, performance-driven real estate firm in Dubai with a dynamic portfolio in both off-plan and secondary markets. As we scale operations and prepare for corporate tax and VAT compliance, we are looking for an experienced Accountant to take charge of our financial systems, regulatory filings, and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accounting & Financial Oversight

Maintain daily records of revenue, commissions, expenses, and agent payments. Reconcile bank accounts, manage petty cash, and track project-wise profitability. Process vendor invoices, team incentives, and marketing-related payments.

VAT & Corporate Tax Compliance

Prepare and file VAT returns via the FTA portal in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare for Corporate Tax implementation (due Sept 2025) with proper record-keeping and accrual structures. Ensure accurate tracking of input/output VAT, team reimbursements, and deductible expenses. Liaise with tax consultants/auditors and stay up to date on FTA updates and policy changes.

Commission & Payroll Management

Maintain records of agent commissions, bonuses, and override structures. Support calculation of performance-based salaries and PNL-based incentive plans. Assist HR and management in maintaining accurate compensation records.

Reporting & Controls

Generate monthly reports: P&L, agent-wise revenue, cash flow, and tax summaries. Monitor budget vs actuals and assist with quarterly audit prep. Create dashboards or summaries for the CEO on key metrics (sales revenue, expenses, tax liabilities, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate or services. Must have hands-on experience filing

UAE VAT

via FTA. Working knowledge of

UAE Corporate Tax regulations

(preparation & accruals). Proficient in

QuickBooks

,

Zoho Books

,

Tally

, or similar platforms. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Excellent communication and reporting skills. English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
