Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care in home health settings. Perform specialized procedures including NG tube and PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, wound management, and catheterization. Administer medications, monitor progress, and document care accurately. Educate patients and families on care plans and preventive health practices. Work closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care. Comply with infection control guidelines and DOH/DHA standards.

Requirements:

NCLEX certification (mandatory). Valid DOH or DHA license (preferred, or eligibility to apply). Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (ICU or Medical-Surgical preferred). Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (apostilled). BLS certification (ACLS preferred). Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a patient-focused approach.
