The Home Care Office Manager oversees the daily administrative operations of a home care agency. This role ensures smooth workflow, regulatory compliance, quality client service, and efficient coordination between caregivers, clients, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight:
Manage office operations and supervise administrative staff.
Maintain accurate client and employee records, both digital and physical.
Ensure compliance with state and federal home care regulations.
Staff Coordination:
Assist with caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
Monitor caregiver compliance with documentation, certifications, and training.
Support ongoing staff communications and performance tracking.
Client Services:
Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate initial client assessments and care plan updates.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve concerns.
Billing and Payroll:
Oversee timesheet collection, verification, and processing.
Collaborate with accounting for billing clients and processing payroll.
Track hours, mileage, and expenses for caregivers.
Compliance and Quality Control:
Maintain policies, procedures, and standards in line with regulatory requirements.
Prepare for audits and inspections.Support quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare office management, or a similar role.
Knowledge of home care regulations, and documentation standards.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, Monday-Friday, with occasional on-call or after-hours duties.
Office-based, with occasional travel to client homes or partner facilities.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
