Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in their homes, including physical, emotional, and social evaluations. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans based on physician orders and patient needs. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition, and report any significant findings to the physician and care team. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective interdisciplinary care. Document all nursing visits, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly in accordance with agency and DOH (or MOH) standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Current and valid
DOH / HAAD
Minimum [1-2] years of clinical nursing experience; home care experience preferred. Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional demeanor.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
