Job Description
**Home Care Nurse :**
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. - Assist with activities of daily living, medication management, and wound care. - Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the supervising healthcare professional. - Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. - Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect for patients' customs and beliefs. - Adhere to professional standards and ethical principles. - Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge. - Perform duties under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare provider as required by local regulations.
