Urgently require two homecare nurses to take care of the old lady. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Patient Assessment: Conducting thorough assessments of the patient\'s medical condition, including physical, emotional, and psychological aspects, and developing an individualized care plan.
- Medical Procedures: Administering medications, injections, and other medical treatments as prescribed by the patient\'s physician.
- Wound Care: Providing wound care, dressing changes, and monitoring the healing process of any wounds or surgical sites.
- Monitoring Vital Signs: Regularly checking and recording the patient\'s vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Medical Equipment Management: Operating and monitoring medical equipment that may be required for the patient\'s care, such as ventilators, infusion pumps, or oxygen therapy equipment.
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Helping patients with tasks they might have difficulty performing on their own, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
- Nutrition and Hydration: Ensuring that patients are receiving proper nutrition and hydration, and assisting with feeding if necessary.
- Mobility Assistance: Assisting patients with mobility and transfers, and providing guidance on exercises or movements to improve strength and flexibility.
- Pain Management: Monitoring and managing the patient\'s pain levels, and administering pain relief interventions as directed.
- Education and Support: Educating patients and their families about the patient\'s condition, treatment plan, and self-care techniques. Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Should have DHA Licence
- Should be available to join Immediately
- 12 hours duty (1 nurse for day shift & 1 nurse for night shift)
