We are seeking a qualified
DHA Registered Nurse
to serve as aHome Care Coordinator
, responsible for managing and supervising home healthcare services. The role involves coordinating patient care plans, ensuring compliance with DHA regulations, and supporting a team of nurses to deliver high-quality home care across Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee home care operations, ensuring smooth patient service delivery. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Assign nursing staff, schedule visits, and monitor care quality. Ensure compliance with DHA standards, documentation, and reporting requirements. Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers for updates and feedback. Provide clinical guidance and support to home care nurses. Maintain accurate medical and administrative records.
Requirements:
Valid
DHA Registered Nurse License
. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent. Minimum3 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Good knowledge of DHA home care regulations and standards. Proficient in patient care documentation and reporting.Job Type:
