About the Role

As a

Holiday & Travel Consultant

, you will design and manage personalized international holidays, seasonal getaways, and bespoke leisure trips. From the first client inquiry to post-travel follow-up, you'll ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience by delivering expert travel advice and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, customize, and book international leisure and holiday travel itineraries. Provide exceptional end-to-end customer service throughout the travel experience. Use

Amadeus

and online booking platforms to arrange flights, hotels, tours, and add-ons. Stay up to date on visa regulations, destination information, and travel advisories. Work with

B2B partners and suppliers

to secure competitive rates and exclusive holiday packages. Handle itinerary modifications, cancellations, and in-trip assistance with professionalism.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience as a

Travel Consultant

(leisure/holiday or corporate travel). Strong proficiency in

Amadeus

and other online travel systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently under pressure. Experience in creating customized travel packages and working with B2B platforms. A

degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

is an advantage.
