Dicetek LLC is hiring a motivated and customer-focused Holiday Travel Consultant to handle walk-in and online travel enquiries, prepare tailored holiday packages, and support corporate and government travel bookings. The role involves using GDS systems such as Sabre for flight ticketing, online hotel booking platforms for accommodation, and managing client communications efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong selling skills, knowledge of global destinations, and the ability to deliver exceptional service aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in and phone enquiries related to holiday packages and flight bookings.
• Use GDS systems (Sabre or similar) to issue flight tickets across all airlines.
• Manage hotel bookings using online platforms such as GTA and Hotelbeds.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the supervisor.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
• Represent the company at trade expos, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
• Prepare destination packages and reports after attending familiarization or educational trips.
• Promote special IT and corporate fares to maximize package profitability.
• Process travel bookings for corporate and government clients with accuracy and professionalism.
• Follow ISO documentation standards and company policies in all operational activities.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting for all transactions, including ticketing and package sales.
• Assist Arabic-speaking clients using the company's B2C travel platform when needed.
• Use only company-approved suppliers for ground arrangements and hotel bookings.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum of a high school certificate endorsed by the relevant embassy and Dubai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Sabre basic and ticketing certification required.
• 3-5 years of experience in holiday travel consulting or airline ticketing.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional foreign language.
• Strong computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, email, and booking systems).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and customer service skills.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to meet sales objectives under minimal supervision.
