About the Role:

As a Holiday Travel Consultant, you'll help clients design and book tailored international holidays, seasonal getaways, and custom leisure trips. From the first inquiry to post-travel support, you'll ensure a smooth, enjoyable journey by providing expert advice and top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, customize, and book international leisure and holiday travel itineraries. Deliver exceptional end-to-end customer service throughout the travel experience. Use booking systems like

Amadeus

and online platforms to arrange flights, hotels, tours, and extras. Stay informed on visa requirements, destination updates, and travel advisories. Collaborate with B2B partners and suppliers to secure competitive rates and holiday packages. Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and in-trip support calmly and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant (holiday/leisure focus preferred). Strong proficiency in

Amadeus

and other online travel booking tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure--especially during peak travel seasons. Experience working with B2B platforms and building customized travel packages. A degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
