We are searching for a highly skilled and result-driven
Holiday Let/Business Development Manager
with strong experience in Vacation Homes. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of the short term rental market, proven sales performance, knowledge of working with CRM(s), and the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the digital marketing client portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and ensure continued satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to drive client success.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a BDM in Vacation Homes in Dubai.

Strong understanding of Real estate & short term rental markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong client management and closing skills.
