As an Inbound Tour Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound inquiries into bookings. Your primary responsibility will be to assist potential customers in planning their dream vacations and providing them with tailored tour packages that align with their preferences and interests. Through effective communication, excellent product knowledge, and a passion for travel, you will help turn travel dreams into reality.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.

- Engage with potential customers to understand their travel preferences and requirements.

- Offer expert advice and knowledge about our destination and tour offerings.

- Create and present customized travel itineraries that meet customer needs and budget.

- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by effectively closing sales.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth tour arrangements and exceed customer expectations.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry or a related field.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- In-depth knowledge of the local region's tourist attractions and amenities.

- Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools.

- Languages : Turkish and English
