We are a dynamic holiday home rental company dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our clients and property owners. We are seeking a proactive and organized Reservation and Onboarding Supervisor to join our team and ensure smooth operations across our rental platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate bookings across all rental platforms to maximize occupancy (70-100%).
Oversee the reservation process, ensuring timely and accurate bookings.
Work with Zoho CRM to maintain client and landlord communications, and manage reservations.
Utilize RMS (Reservation Management System) to track and optimize property bookings.
Supervise the onboarding process for newly listed apartments, ensuring all setup procedures are completed efficiently according to all DTCM compliance.
Supervise the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and readiness.
Communicate effectively with clients (tenants) and landlords to address inquiries, coordinate bookings, and resolve issues.
Monitor and analyze occupancy rates, making strategic adjustments to improve performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in holiday home or property rental management.
Strong familiarity with booking platforms and RMS systems.
Experience using Zoho or similar CRM tools.
Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Goal-oriented with a focus on maintaining high occupancy rates.

Requirements:
Proven experience in onboarding and managing holiday homes or vacation rentals.
Strong knowledge of holiday home management systems and platforms (Zoho CRM, RMS, Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
Familiarity with Dubai's holiday home regulations and market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in CRM and property management software.
Knowledge of digital marketing and online listing optimisation is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in Dubai's Holiday Home company or real estate sector.
Multilingual skills are advantageous.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to short-term rentals DTCM.
