We are a Dubai-based real estate and hospitality company specializing in short-term rental management. Our goal is to provide guests with exceptional stay experiences while ensuring maximum property performance for our clients.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Holiday Home Operations Executive to manage all aspects of our holiday home properties, from guest communication and check-ins to maintenance coordination and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of holiday home units (check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping, maintenance).

Communicate with guests and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and logistics teams.

Handle DTCM registration, permits, and other legal requirements.

Monitor booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and update property listings when needed.

Assist with pricing strategy and occupancy reports.

Ensure all properties meet quality, safety, and hospitality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or holiday home operations.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Fluent in English (Turkish or other languages are a plus).

Familiarity with DTCM regulations and short-term rental systems.

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Flexible with working hours and available for emergency calls.
