Job Description
We are seeking a
highly experienced Holiday Homes Manager
to oversee and manage the complete operations of our holiday homes portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the short-term rental industry, and proven experience in managing holiday home properties in the UAE.Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of holiday homes, ensuring high occupancy rates and guest satisfaction Oversee bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and third-party service providers Handle guest relations, inquiries, complaints, and reviews professionally Ensure compliance with local authorities and holiday home regulations Monitor budgets, control costs, and prepare operational reports Recruit, train, and manage operational staff Implement strategies to improve revenue, performance, and service quality
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
inHoliday Homes / Short-Term Rental management
(mandatory) Strong knowledge of UAE holiday homes regulations and licensing Experience with property management systems (PMS) and booking platforms Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties Strong professional profile with proven operational successWhat We Offer
