Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented

Holiday Homes Expert

whose responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of short-term rental properties, ensuring full compliance with Abu Dhabi tourism regulations and DCT requirements. This role oversees property onboarding, registration, listing optimization, pricing strategy, and daily operational coordination to maximize occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate delivers high-quality guest and owner experiences while driving business growth through effective portfolio management, reporting, and market expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

Property Acquisition and Registration

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new properties suitable for short-term leasing. Manage registration and permit issuance through the DCT Abu Dhabi holiday homes platform. Ensure all properties comply with DCT standards for furnishing, safety, and quality.

Listing and Marketing Management

Create and manage listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and other online platforms. Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to achieve occupancy targets. Coordinate property photoshoots and write engaging, accurate descriptions.

Guest and Owner Relations

Handle booking inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs in a professional manner. Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to maintain high property standards. Maintain strong communication with property owners, providing performance reports and updates.

Business Growth and Reporting

Expand the property portfolio through partnerships and new acquisitions. Monitor revenue, occupancy, and expenses, providing regular performance reports. Stay updated with Abu Dhabi tourism regulations and DCT compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Hospitality preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday homes, real estate, or hospitality operations within Abu Dhabi. Knowledge of DCT Abu Dhabi registration and compliance procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency with OTA platforms and channel management systems. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
