Holiday Homes Coordinator

Job Description

  • Handles DTCM unit permit application of all new and existing properties.
  • Application of move-in permits, short-stay, coordination with building developers/managers.
  • Utilities connection for newly onboarded properties (Gas, Internet, DEWA, Chiller Connections)
  • Coordination with Business Development Managers, internal departments, and third-party service providers for furnishing properties
  • Releasing and recording of keys/cards/remotes for all properties
  • Provides solution to guests with regards to utilities related issues (Gas, Internet, Electricity, AC issues)
  • Prepares property audit reports and submits quotations to owners for inventory and maintenance works
  • Ensures proper documentation and sends daily/weekly report to line manager
  • Responsible for recording/ updating inventory and furniture of the property according to company and DTCM requirements.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes
  • The candidate preferably needs to know bilingual languages. (Arabic and English)
  • Preferably with a driving license.
