to lead and oversee all operations related to our short-term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate will manage property performance, guest satisfaction, team coordination, and ensure compliance with tourism regulations. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and a passion for hospitality and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of all holiday home units, including housekeeping, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest communication.
Team Leadership:
Manage and train a team of guest relations agents, cleaners, and maintenance staff. Ensure high service standards and efficient coordination.
Revenue & Occupancy Optimization:
Monitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and market trends to maximize ROI and revenue per property using platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
Guest Experience:
Ensure a seamless and premium guest experience from booking to departure, handling escalations and maintaining 5-star ratings across platforms.
Property Onboarding:
Coordinate with property owners for onboarding new units, ensuring listings are optimized with high-quality photos, descriptions, and pricing.
Compliance & Licensing:
Ensure all properties meet local tourism and DTCM (Dubai Tourism) licensing and safety requirements.
Marketing & Branding:
Collaborate with marketing teams or external agencies to promote listings across online travel agencies (OTAs) and social media platforms.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare regular performance reports for senior management and property owners, highlighting key metrics and improvement strategies.
