: The Holiday Home Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the
holiday home rentals, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role involves
managing bookings, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff, and handling guest and owner
inquiries and issues as well as managing the complete onboarding process of new holiday home units.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage booking and reservation systems including DTCM.
? Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules.
? Handle guest check-ins and check-outs including setting up Keyless pincodes and providing
guests with all necessary details.
? Address guest inquiries and resolve issues.
? Maintain property standards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
? Track and report on occupancy rates, timely check-in and check-out, etc.
? Charge the Guest for early check-in, late check-out, excess utilities, damages and other sundry
charges.
? Coordinate with management on apartment pricing, comparing against similar units, etc.
? Ensure property listings are listed and maintained to the highest quality (professional pictures,
optimized copy, etc.).
? Ensure properties are onboarded in a timely manner following the prescribed checklists and
procedures to be in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations (includes applying for
utilities, ordering goods, etc.).
? Handle landlord enquiries regarding the onboarding process, vacancies, pricing, etc.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
? Occupancy rate (target: 85% or higher).
? Guest satisfaction score (target: 90% or higher).
? Response time to guest inquiries (target: within 2 hours).
? Maintenance and cleaning turnaround time (target: within 3 hours).
? Average resolution time (target: within 4 hours).
? Escalation rate (10% or less).
Measuring KPIs:
? Occupancy Rate: Monitoring and analyzing booking data and occupancy reports.
? Guest Satisfaction Score: Collecting and analyzing guest feedback through surveys and reviews.
? Response Time to Guest Inquiries: Tracking the time taken to respond to guest inquiries through
communication logs.
? Maintenance and Cleaning Turnaround Time: Monitoring the time taken to complete maintenance
and cleaning tasks.
Revenue Growth: Analyzing revenue reports and comparing year-over-year performance.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
