Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Have an extensive knowledge of the travel products and services that you are selling, such as the destinations, tours, hotels, activities, Global visas and other travel-related services. Good Knowledge of Global visas and able to provide expert guidance and assistance to clients in obtaining international visas Conduct comprehensive assessments of client profiles to determine eligibility for various visas Conducts research on destinations and industry trends. Responsible for making reservations and bookings for customers. Handle and respond to customer complaints through phone, online chat and/or e-mails. Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company\'s processes and procedures. Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer Enter, update and maintain records of all bookings and payments, prepare invoices, and follow up with customers as required. Keep updated with company procedures and processes Share customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business or relevant fields Minimum 3-year experience in the travel and tourism Industry Good Knowledge of Global visas Should have good contact with Various tour operators, DMC\xe2\x80\x99s, Suppliers and B2B connections in different market Strong knowledge of traveling software and procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with our customers Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport building skills Self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve high results Efficient negotiation and sales skills Conducts research on destinations and industry trends Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment Fluency in English.
