  • We are looking for an experienced Holiday consultant and one Travel consultant to join our team! If you are passionate and enthusiastic about traveling, and if you love improving others' travel experiences, you will love this job!
-Holiday & Travel consultant job description: -
Determining clients' needs and suggesting suitable travel packages. Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation. Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials. Proven work minimum 2-year experience as a Holiday consultant (Outbound).
To be successful as a Holiday consultant you must be able to work with holiday packages across the world, minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. -Responsibilities: -
Research, explore and study different travel destination options Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc. Research and study clients' specifications and wishes Suggest suitable travel options that best suit clients' needs Book tickets, reserve accommodation, organize rental transportation Inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps and event programs Offer and promote different services and offerings Keep learning about latest industry trends Build and maintain relationships with clients Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest. Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations. Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers. -Requirements and skills: -
1. Must have minimum 2+ Year experience in UAE.
2. Expert in GDS Galileo and sabre Etc..
3. Good network of existing customers.
4. Good Communication and negotiation skills.
5. Good English and Hindi ( Arabic Advantage)
6.Minimum Bachelor's degree is required.
7. Age below 35 only acceptable. The person which we are looking for who has agency supervision skill with managing.
Pleasing personality, good ability to deal with customers, telephone skills, sincere, good in computer use, dedicated to job, ability to convince clients & committed to duties. Be willing to work any time, any day,

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • ENGLISH, HINDI ARABIC (Preferred)
