to lead and oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction while managing and motivating a team of housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure duties are performed to company standards
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and quality
Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and support
Schedule shifts and manage daily task assignments
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply ordering
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate departments
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Good communication and interpersonal skills
