Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of team members (e.g., frontline staff, operators, or assistants).
  • Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and provide on-the-job training.
  • Motivate staff to achieve targets and maintain high morale.
  • Address employee issues and escalate to HR/management when necessary.
2. Operational Management
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the assigned department/area.
  • Monitor workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally (if applicable).
3. Quality Control & Performance
  • Monitor product/service quality and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits (e.g., hygiene in F&B, inventory accuracy in retail).
  • Prepare reports on performance metrics (e.g., sales, productivity, attendance).
4. Communication
  • Act as a liaison between management and frontline staff.
  • Communicate updates, policy changes, and targets to the team.
  • Attend management meetings and provide feedback from the ground.
