We're Hiring ! Real Estate Team Leader - Off-plan Sales Job Responsibilities will include; Assist and report to the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Built-up a team of Agents reports to him at the time of joining.
Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.
To generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business opportunities.
Providing a professional and excellent level of trainings to team members.
Focused on obtaining high level of customer service with existing and new clients.
Lead & Supervise sales team, overview administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
Develop effective training programs that teach sales how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale following SOP's.
Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
Attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.
To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans. Candidate Requirements are; Experience in UAE Real Estate is a must.
Not less than 1 years of experience as Team Leader. Experience with UAE real estate Developers. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
