Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of
personal loan sales executives
to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Drive
personal loan business development
through strategic planning and market insights
Provide training and on-the-job guidance to improve team performance and product knowledge
Monitor daily sales activities and report on KPIs and revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with management to create and implement effective
sales strategies
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of personal loan sales and leadership experience
(UAE or home country)
Proven track record of
meeting and exceeding personal loan sales targets
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to
recruit, train, and mentor
sales staff
Self-motivated, proactive, and
target-driven
with strong organizational abilities
