We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our growing real estate team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles within the
real estate sector
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure cultural and role fit
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular reports
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the
real estate or property sector
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within tight timelines
Must be currently based in the UAE
Immediate joining is mandatory
