Recruit Top Real Estate Talent
- Source, screen, and hire
skilled real estate consultants
to join our growing team.
Content Creation
- Develop and produce
engaging video content
to promote our company and job opportunities.
Employer Branding
- Strengthen our brand by attracting and retaining the best talent in the market.
Candidate Engagement
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from interviews to onboarding.
Networking & Outreach
- Build relationships with top talent through various hiring platforms and social media.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition in Dubai
(real estate hiring preferred).
Strong understanding of
real estate recruitment
trends and strategies.
Experience in
creating professional videos
for company branding and hiring campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
