Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for promoting and procuring Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for laptops, computers, and related IT infrastructure. The role involves visiting clients, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new AMCs for IT hardware and infrastructure.
Conduct regular client visits to present services, understand requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
Develop and implement innovative business strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
Perform market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive offerings.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective customers.
Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company policies and revenue targets.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and ensure smooth contract execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT services/AMC domain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
