Job Summary
The HORECA Supervisor will oversee and grow business with Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) clients. The role includes managing a sales team, expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of food products while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with HORECA clients to drive business growth.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the HORECA sales team to achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality and catering sector.
Handle key account management and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute strategic sales plans to expand the HORECA portfolio.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate closely with logistics and procurement to ensure smooth order execution.
Conduct sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections from customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HORECA sales within Qatar or GCC.
Strong knowledge of food distribution and FMCG sales operations.
Proven track record in key account management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Familiar with Qatar market, HORECA customer base, and distribution process.
Must be proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
