Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This role involves helping clients choose insurance policies that fit their needs, educating them on coverage options, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is motivated, trustworthy, and excellent at communication and sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
Generate new leads through calls Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Present and explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and coverage details. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals. Process applications, policy updates, and documentation accurately. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide post-sale customer support and handle inquiries or claims guidance. Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in business, finance, marketing, or a related field). Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and present complex insurance information clearly. Strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
