We are looking for a skilled and creative
Pastry Chef / Bakery Chef
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked products while maintaining excellent hygiene and presentation standards.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, and bakery items Create new dessert and pastry recipes with attractive presentation Ensure consistency, quality, and taste of all bakery products Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety standards Manage raw materials, stock control, and minimize wastage Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Train and supervise junior kitchen staff if required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Bakery Chef Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and organizational skills Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Creativity and attention to detail
