Support HR operations across the organization
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Assist in employee engagement and performance management
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of UAE Real Estate HR experience
(mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment best practices
