HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join us and strengthen our people-first culture.Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate agents, telecallers, and back-office staff. Design and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored for UAE real estate. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, and industry networks. Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage onboarding. Collaborate with leadership to design hiring campaigns, roadshows, and recruitment drives. Manage employee records, contracts, and compliance with UAE labor law. Drive HR initiatives to boost retention, motivation, and culture alignment. Coordinate with management for performance reviews, training, and incentive programs.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years HR experience in UAE real estate
Strong network of candidates within the UAE property sector Proven track record in high-volume hiring for sales teams Knowledge of UAE labor law & HR compliance Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWhy Join Us?
