Digital Marketing Specialist (UAE Real Estate Experience)

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 5,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in UAE market



We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven UAE experience, specifically in real estate portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder. The ideal candidate understands lead generation, listing optimization, and performance marketing within the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize listings on Bayut, Dubizzle & Property Finder

Handle daily uploads, refreshes, and featured listings

Generate quality leads through portal strategies and digital campaigns

Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads

Create basic marketing creatives (posts, banners, property ads)

Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports

Coordinate with sales/leasing team for lead follow-ups

Improve brand visibility and online presence

Requirements

Must have UAE experience (mandatory)

Strong hands-on knowledge of Bayut, Dubizzle & Property Finder

Experience in real estate digital marketing is highly preferred

Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads & lead funnels

Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)

Good English communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets
