Understand client manpower requirements (skilled/unskilled).
Source manpower directly and through
suppliers
to meet project/client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with manpower suppliers and agencies.
Coordinate with suppliers for candidate availability, documentation, and mobilization.
Organize and coordinate
trade tests
for candidates as per client specifications (venue, schedule, arrangements, and client approvals).
Ensure selected candidates meet trade test and skill requirements before deployment.
Screen and shortlist candidates provided by suppliers.
Manage visa processing, documentation, and mobilization schedules.
Maintain a database of reliable suppliers, trade test centers, and candidate pools.
Prepare recruitment and mobilization reports for management and clients.
Liaise with clients for approvals, feedback, and future manpower requirements.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
