We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day assisting the accounts department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations.
Maintain petty cash and prepare vouchers.
Record and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments.
Help in preparing monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Maintain office files and documentation in an organized manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel / MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
