Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, record-keeping, expense tracking, and QuickBooks entries.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
Schedule appointments and manage staff calendars.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and documents.
Assist in reconciling accounts and managing financial records.
Keep the office environment clean and organized.
Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the online or in-person interview.
Qualifications:
Female candidates preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting or admin accounts tasks, including QuickBooks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in an administrative or accounting role is a plus.
