Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls:
Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company offerings.Inbound Calls:
Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries and providing appropriate solutions.Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads to support the sales team.Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments for service improvement.Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.Job Type: Full-time
