Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Generation:

Customer Relationship Management & Service Delivery:
Serve as the
primary contact
for clients regarding
shipping inquiries
, pricing, and logistics solutions.
Provide
personalized shipping solutions
based on client needs, including
full container load (FCL)

less than container load (LCL)

air freight services
.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
and retention.
Maintain strong communication and offer timely
updates on shipments, delivery schedules, and customs issues

Freight & Logistics Coordination:
Work closely with the
operations team
to ensure timely and accurate
shipment handling
, booking, and transportation arrangements.
Provide clients with
accurate pricing and delivery schedules
based on their needs and preferred shipping methods.
Monitor market trends and provide recommendations on
optimal routes, shipping costs

Oversee the efficient

Reporting, Market Analysis & Networking:
Prepare and submit

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma
in
Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience
in
freight forwarding

shipping sales

logistics
.
Strong understanding of
shipping, customs regulations, and international trade
.
Proven success in
business development
