Key Responsibilities:
Lead and train a team of baristas in brewing techniques, equipment handling, and customer service excellence.
Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers, sharing knowledge about specialty coffee, and providing personalized recommendations.
Oversee daily operations of the espresso bar, ensuring quality control and consistency in every beverage served.
Develop seasonal drink menus and innovative recipes that highlight unique coffee profiles.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment for optimal performance.
Implement best practices for cleanliness and safety standards within the cafe environment.
Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments to improve service quality continuously.
Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality beans and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years experience as a barista or similar role in specialty coffee environments.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
