Helper - Steel Industry (DIP, Dubai)

About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a hardworking and dedicated Helper to join our team in the Steel Industry, located in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). This is an excellent opportunity for physically fit individuals open to manual labor and working in a production environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our skilled workers and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and transport raw materials, tools, and finished products manually or using simple equipment like trolleys or hand trucks. Assist skilled steelworkers, fitters, welders, or machine operators with various tasks as directed. Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized environment. Perform general labor duties such as sorting materials, removing debris, and basic machine tending. Follow all safety regulations and company policies diligently. Assist with basic maintenance tasks as required. Support the production process by organizing stock and preparing materials.

Requirements:

Visa Status:

Open to candidates of any visa status (must be legally eligible to work in the UAE upon hiring).

Nationality:

Open to all nationalities.

Experience:

Previous experience in a laboring, construction, or manufacturing environment, especially within the steel or metal industry, is a plus, but not strictly required.

Physical Stamina:

Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods, and perform manual tasks.

Skills:

Ability to follow instructions accurately, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

1,250 AED per month.

Duty Hours:

8 hours per day, plus mandatory overtime as required by operations.

Day Off:

One day off per week.
