Help Desk Operator
Job Description
Summary Respond to queries over the phone/via remote access, assess and diagnose computer hardware and software problems and implement effective solutions Basic computer maintainence and completing support tickets Requirement: Bachelor degree in computer science, IT or similar field Minimum 3 years as a help desk specialist Experience in advance computer hardware like circuit boards, memory modules and processors Experience in advance computer software like database, operating systems, office applications Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems Troubleshoot complex sofware and hardware issues Patient and understanding towards the customer Interview - Face to Face / online interview Salary range : 3000 to 6000 SAR Contract : 3 Years Medical Class: B Category Joining Date : within 7 Days (Sponsor Transferable) or immediately Transferable Iqama holder only Job Location : Riyadh, KSA Gender - Male Only (Preferable - Filipino and excellent Asians National only) Please send your resume/CV
