Proven experience working with Kobelco Excavators, CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, and other major heavy equipment brands.
Strong experience in troubleshooting and repairing machinery, both on-site and in the workshop.
Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Scheduled Maintenance services.
Expertise in electrical systems (for Electricians) and working knowledge of Electrical systems for Heavy Machinery.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for electrical repairs.
Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
Experience with dealerships or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) servicing is highly preferred.
Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members.
