Key Responsibilities:

Source fresh, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients, prioritizing organic and local products
Prepare and cook meals that are nutritionally balanced, visually appealing, and flavorful
Manage food inventory, storage, and kitchen cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with nutritionists, trainers, or medical professionals when applicable
Label and package meals for delivery or storage, including reheating instructions
Adjust recipes and portion sizes based on caloric and macronutrient needs
Stay up to date on nutrition trends and healthy cooking techniques
Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience in professional cooking
Proven experience preparing healthy, nutrition-conscious meals
Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary restrictions, and food allergies
Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
Passion for health, wellness, and clean eating
