This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to travel locally for outreach. A
valid UAE driving license is mandatory
for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement social media strategies and paid online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Manage and update website content and SEO optimization.
Create and schedule engaging content for online platforms.
Monitor online performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
In-Person Marketing:
Organize and participate in community events, health awareness campaigns, and corporate wellness programs.
Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
Distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
Identify local outreach opportunities to grow brand visibility.
General:
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing materials are ready and aligned with the brand.
Maintain a lead database and track campaign effectiveness.
Submit monthly reports to management with key insights and suggestions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of both digital and in-person marketing strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc. preferred).
Fluency in English; Urdu/Hindi/Arabic is a plus.
