Duties & Responsibilities






Advise our healthcare professionals and support them by telephone in the use of the software, either by responding to requests received or by calling them proactively; Provide training on the use of our services over the phone Ensure that requests received by email are processed quickly and efficiently Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
