• MASTERS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR DENTISTRY GRADUATE
• Experience as a business development manager: at least 2 years (Preferred)
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via various mediums, including team calls, in-person interaction and sales pipeline reporting.
• Computer literate with prior experience using EMRs and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical

• Propose, plan and implement strategies and policies issued by the company and be the sole responsible for developing strategies and overall functioning of the healthcare facility.
• Implement administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs.
• Assess the staffing needs of a clinic and determine when new staff are needed.
• Oversees clinic schedules and manage and monitor all operational processes for the facility.
• Manage clinical services in such a way that promotes referred business and ensures sustainable growth and continuously tracks clinic sales, conversion, KPIs and reviews with managers
• Prospects for new business, promotional plans, recruitment strategies and help in generating referrals and leads for the facility.
• Knowledge and access to all Abu Dhabi government entity standards such as DOH, Civil Defense, Department of Labor, JAWDA, FANR, ADHICS and others.
• Assess and propose strategies for the effective marketing to promote the business or service
• Ensure the company is applying beyond satisfactory service and portraying the aim of the company for a high-quality healthcare experience to attract prospective customers and retain them.
• Work through the management team and medical leadership of the organization, serving as a resource to help reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve effective utilization and quality goals and objectives, analyze and utilize information to develop and support the top management decisions
• Apply tasks as per the instructions of the Top management related to the designation
