Job Description
Hiring a Healthcare Assistant for Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitoring patient\xe2\x80\x99s vital signs and reporting any changes to the medical team.
- Assisting with mobility and transferring patients as needed.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Ensuring that patients are comfortable and well-cared for at all times.
- Keeping patient rooms and equipment clean and tidy.
- Documenting patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Following all health and safety guidelines and protocols.
- Communicating effectively with patients, their families, and medical team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
