Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and control HSE implementation on project sites in alignment with authority regulations, comprehensive HSE plans, project contracts, and specific project requirements.
Review and approve HSE plans, method statements, and ensure their practical implementation on-site.
Conduct daily and weekly HSE inspections and audits, and issue non-compliance and site observation notices where required.
Lead weekly HSE meetings at project sites, prepare and circulate minutes of meetings (MOMs).
Coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HSE standards and practices.
Review, assess, and implement risk mitigation strategies to support safe project execution, completion, and handover.
